There are several benefits to be derived from karate training under JSKA-TT  they include:

  • Self -Defense
    • This is one of the foremost reasons many people get involved in karate. Karate allows you a better chance of successfully defending yourself should you unfortunately be attacked.
  • Self-confidence
    • Confidence is developed naturally with the regular practice of karate; not only in being able to protect oneself against physical attack, but in all aspects of life .
  • Self-discipline
    • Traditional Karate training places great emphasis on self- discipline . A high level of concentration is needed at all times during training.
  • Improved awareness
    • Karate training increases ones level of conciousness and ability to notice potentially dangerous situations
  • Improved Mental & Physical health
    • Health and fitness are natural results of regular and correct karate training. Size, sex, and muscular strength are unimportant; everyone can benefit from karate training.
